Cancellation

  • Allowed only before dispatch
  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds

  • Issued only in case of:
    ✅ Damaged product
    ✅ Wrong item delivered
  • Proof required: Unboxing photo/video within 24–48 hours
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days

Important Note:

Customised items cannot be refunded or returned unless damaged in transit.
