Welcome to Miraen Candles ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Use of Website

• By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
• You agree not to misuse the website for illegal or harmful activities.

2. Products

• All our candles are handmade, and slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur. These are natural characteristics and not considered defects.
• Customised products (such as printed candles) are made based on customer inputs. We are not responsible for spelling mistakes or incorrect designs provided by the customer.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store or have access to your card/banking information.

4. Orders & Fulfilment

• An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.
• Customisation requirements must be provided while placing the order. Delays in sharing details may delay dispatch.

5. Shipping

• Shipping charges are borne by the customer.
• Dispatch time: 2–4 business days (after order confirmation/customisation approval).
• Delivery timelines depend on courier partners and location.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
• Since our products are handmade and customised, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged during delivery.
• Any damaged product claim must be supported with unboxing photos/video within 24–48 hours of delivery.

7. Liability

• We are not liable for any misuse of the product, including unsafe candle usage.
• We are not responsible for courier delays once the product is shipped.

8. Changes to Terms

Miraen Candles reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
